This is a good time of the year to clean the tracks of your sliding windows and doors - making sure that the drain holes are clear so that water runs out inside of collecting and draining into the house. It's also a good time to clean the bathroom exhaust fan grills and to check and clean or replace the filters in your heat recover ventilator.
A lot of dust and dirt collects in these areas over the summers when we have our windows open.
