YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Previous leadership experience in a related field
- Experience with landscaping and snow removal required
- Knowledge of large equipment operation and maintenance
- Valid Alberta driver’s license with driver’s abstract in good standing
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Assisting the Grounds Manager with oversight of resort grounds maintenance
- Mentoring, training and recruiting of Grounds Department staff
- Maintaining administrative duties of the Grounds Department
- Ensuring safe work procedures are being followed at all times
