The Okotoks Food Bank is reaching out to community members in the hopes they will adopt a family this Christmas.
Through the food bank’s Adopt a Family program, individuals, groups or businesses can provide a Christmas food hamper for a local family in need.
There are three sponsorship levels: small family ($150), medium family ($175) and large family ($200).
Sponsors can register at okotoksfoodbank.ca or can contact the food bank via [email protected] or 403-651-6629.
Registration for those in need of a Christmas hamper this year is now underway and will continue until Dec. 13. Hampers will be given out on Dec. 21.
