A light show and a number of free recreation activities are on deck to close the chapter on 2024.
The Town of Okotoks is bringing back its New Year’s Eve fireworks show and featuring a plethora of free family fun activities at the Okotoks Recreation Centre to ring in the New Year on Dec. 31.
At the Okotoks Recreation Centre, free drop-in admission includes programming from public gym time, free swims to public skating and the fitness centre along with aquafitness, the latter of which requires pre-booking.

In the evening, the fireworks show returns to Lineham Park in downtown Okotoks with the extravaganza running from 7-7:30 p.m.
