Mayor Barry Crane poses with Santa Claus during Light Up Diamond Valley on Dec. 2, 2023.

On behalf of Diamond Valley council and administration, I would like to wish all citizens of Diamond Valley and the surrounding area a Merry Christmas season.

Enjoy this special time to reconnect with friends and family. Take some time to reflect on your past year’s accomplishments and start envisioning new milestones to achieve.

It seems time passes faster than we want. Year after year it slips by and before we know it those precious moments are pictures on the wall. Embrace your loved ones with all your might and let them know they are loved.

Don’t wait another day to pass on a compliment, do a good deed or brighten someone’s day. The little daily acts of kindness make our community strong and our people proud.

Merry Christmas, Diamond Valley, and Happy New Year.  And, as always, be safe, be kind and be courteous.
