The Town of Okotoks has announced the first winner in its Reindeer Games contest.
Patrick Ehnes won a $250 gift card in the contest that encourages people to shop locally this holiday season.
Until Dec. 15, shoppers can email their holiday shopping receipts to the Town and be entered to win gift cards from local businesses.
Any receipt from a local business in Okotoks qualifies, including retail shops, meals, services, memberships and online purchases.
There are four $250 gift cards up for grabs along with one grand prize of a $500 gift card.
Draws will be made throughout the contest period, with the grand prize draw taking place on Dec. 15.
To enter, receipts in jpeg or PDF format can be emailed to [email protected], along with full name and phone number of the person entering.
Those not able to email can drop-off a copy of receipts with contact information at the Town of Okotoks Municipal Centre.
