Pound Rescue brought some pets to Pet Valu for an adoption event dubbed "Home for the Holidays" on Dec. 14.
The Foothills-based rescue regularly hosts adoption events in Okotoks.
Over the last 30 years, Pound Rescue has helped tens of thousands of abandoned animals find new homes, including rescuing pets from dire circumstances.
