Okotoks firefighters were called to a vehicle fire in Drake Landing Sunday afternoon.
The call came in around 3:45 p.m. Jan. 9, and when responders arrived at the scene they found a Mercedes sedan ablaze in the street, said Okotoks fire capt. Pete Lappin.
"It came in as a confirmed vehicle fire, there were no exposures at the time of the call so we came in, stretched a line, and put the fire out," Lappin said.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but no one was injured and the fire did not endanger any nearby homes.
