Okotoks RCMP responded to a heartbreaking call last week.
A call came in at 7:20 a.m. on Dec. 23 for the discovery of a body at the Aldersyde Petro Canada service station, according to Alberta RCMP representative Cst. Sarah Williams.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a deceased female, whose name has yet to be released. Williams said RCMP have made a tentative identification which will be confirmed following an autopsy and subsequent notification of the woman's family.
No other details have been released at this time and cause of death is not yet known.
