The Town of Okotoks is continuing its street sweeping efforts, which means a parking ban is in effect for more roadways this week.
The parking ban will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16 for the following streets:
• Ranch Road from Ranchers Garden to Ranchers Boulevard
• Drake Landing Drive from 32nd Street to Drake Landing Road
• Drake Landing Road from Milligan Drive to Drake Landing Drive
A parking ban will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 17 for the following streets:
• Cimarron Drive from Southridge Drive to Cimarron Way
• Cimarron Way from Cimarron Drive to Woodhaven Drive
During the parking ban, all vehicles and obstructions must be removed from the road. While bans are in effect, members of the public are encouraged to use alternative routes wherever possible to ensure road crews can work efficiently and safely.
All other services (waste collection, emergency responders, Canada Post delivery, etc.) will not be impacted in locations where parking bans have been declared.
