The Town of Okotoks is giving shoppers some extra incentive to support local businesses this holiday season.
Reindeer Games is back for another year, a contest that offers weekly prizes to those who shop locally.
During the contest period, Nov. 22 to Dec. 13, shoppers are encouraged to email their receipts to be entered into weekly draws.
Draws for a $250 gift card to a local business of your choice will be held on Nov. 29, Dec. 6 and Dec. 13. A grand prize draw for a $500 gift card will be held on Dec. 13.
All receipts from Okotoks businesses during the contest period qualify, including retail, restaurants, services, memberships and online purchases. There is a minimum purchase amount of $10.
Receipts (in jpeg or PDF format) along with contact information (full name and phone number) should be sent to [email protected]. Each valid receipt from an Okotoks business counts as one entry.
Those unable to email receipts can enter by dropping off copies at the Town of Okotoks Municipal Centre.
There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided each entry is supported by a unique proof of purchase.
