It is with heavy hearts that the family announces
her passing in Okotoks, Alberta, at the age of
83. Lorraine has played her final round, her
life tragically touched by the dreadful disease
of dementia. Surrounded by her loving family,
she leaves behind a legacy as a cherished wife,
mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt,
and, most importantly, a dear friend to so many.
She was predeceased by her parents, June,
and Russell Strader, and her two brothers, Ken
and Jack Strader.
Lorraine is survived by her children: Scott, Cory,
Kari, Sandra, and Susan; her sisters, Colleen,
and Shirley; numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren,
nieces, nephews, and many
in-laws and an abundance of great friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Cuff
and Billy on December 19, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.,
located at 3730 Westwinds Drive NE, Calgary,
Alberta.
