Dear Editor,
Re: Watch out for baby deer in Okotoks, June 12
The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines negligence as the habitual failure to do the required thing and when such failure results in injury.
A family member got stomped by a deer on June 19 and, no, that family member was not negligent.
It’s time to cull the deer population in Okotoks before this happens to a child or perhaps a member of Town council.
