Dear Editor,

My wife and I are here visiting our daughter and her young family for a week. While enjoying your community, I lost my wallet.

I retraced my steps but was unsuccessful in finding it. I made the calls to banks, etc., and let the police know in case it might be turned in to them.

This morning, I went out and searched again, and checked with local businesses to see if it might have been turned in. After about an hour of this, I stopped in at one more business before heading back to our daughter’s place.

To my great relief, it was there. It had been turned in by someone, apparently anonymously. It was completely intact, cash and all.

Thank you for your honesty and integrity, Okotoks. Your example speaks so positively of human nature and the society we live in.
