The Turner Valley RCMP say that an 81-year-old resident of Millarville was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Foothills County on Aug. 15.
Police responded to the collision on Plummers Road near 240 Street West at approximately 10 a.m.
The lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
STARS air ambulance was called to the scene but was subsequently cancelled, EMS said.
Turner Valley RCMP said it extends its deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased at this time.
