I understand Riesah Prock's concern regarding the climate.
Yes, the climate changes, always has, always will. However, calling on the federal government to solve the problem is naive.
Funding for federal programs comes from our tax dollars, Riesah, yours, mine, friends and neighbours. Everything the feds provide is out of your pocket.
If you truly want to save the planet, why not cut out the middleman (the government)? Cut out the waste, red tape, promises and delays. Purchase and install a heat pump at your own expense, most likely on time and under budget.
You will sleep better at night knowing you have done more to save the planet than the federal government ever will.
