We’re finished with the snow for a while, but cold temperatures are expected to continue for the next several days.
The Environment Canada forecast for Okotoks and surrounding areas has lower than seasonal temperatures throughout the week, but things warming up on the weekend.
Today will be the coldest day of the week with the daytime high expected to only reach –14C.
It will be slightly warmer as the week progresses with highs between –5C and –10C, but by Sunday the forecast is calling for the temperature to reach 3C.
Beyond a 30 per cent chance of flurries today, there’s no snow in the forecast.
Environment Canada says the normal high for this time of year is –2C.
