The Town of Okotoks is inviting all residents to take part in their 2025 Community Priorities Survey, an opportunity to share feedback on Town programs, services and amenities.

“All of our planning starts with listening to our residents,” said Elaine Vincent, chief administrative officer for the Town of Okotoks. “This survey is one of the most direct ways the community can help guide council’s decisions and ensure our services reflect what people truly value.”

Starting the week of March 31, residents are encouraged to check their mailboxes for a postcard with a QR code linking to the survey. Some residents may also receive a phone call from TellCityHall, the Town’s survey provider. If contacted, residents can choose to receive a secure survey link by text message or email.

The survey is open until April 25, and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous, and only aggregated results will be shared with council to help guide planning, budgeting and service delivery priorities.

As a thank-you, everyone who completes the survey can enter to win a $150 gift certificate to an Okotoks business of their choice.

The Town says the more residents who take part, the better it can align its priorities with community needs.

we need a revolution

This statement couldn't be any further from the truth: "All of our planning starts with listening to our residents" Absolutely laughable!

Agreed.
Foothills County the same.
They put these survey’s out and purposely don’t read them and continue on their merry way.
Should be held accountable.

As if the Town actually cares what people think. Tanya and her crew have their own agendas/priorities, and the people of Okotoks have zero say UNLESS it aligns with Tanya's view. And who exactly thought it would be a great time to inundate people with robo-calls to fill out a survey during a federal election when we're already getting badgered by robo-calls for our votes??? Classic. Read the room, Tanya.

I don’t believe Tanya and Brent have the planning education to do what they are doing.
Did Tanya even graduate?
Anything?
Starting to wonder if there are not development connections here.
Stop the growth!
Vote these people out
