GALLERY: 'Bluey' celebrated at Okotoks Public Library

The Okotoks Public Library hosted a Bluey Bash for kids on Jan. 4

It was a Bluey bonanza at the Okotoks Public Library.

The library hosted a drop-in Bluey Bash for kids on Jan. 4 from 2 to 4 p.m. with activities themed around the children's TV show Bluey.

Youngsters made Bluey-themed crafts, answered trivia questions, and took part in storytime and a scavenger hunt.

Bluey is an Austrailian program that follows the adventures of the show's namesake, a six-year-old blue heeler puppy, who learns about the world with her friends, parents and sister Bingo.

As cited on the website imdb.com, an online source for information about the TV and film industries, the show has picked up over a dozen awards and been nominated for 10 others since it first aired in 2018.
