Chilifest & BBQ Showdown drew hungry crowds to Olde Towne Okotoks on Aug. 26.
Attendees were able to sample entries and vote for their favourites.
It was the 21st year for the annual chili cookoff, but the first time there was a barbecue category.
Hosted in partnership between the Town of Okotoks, the Elks Club, the Okotoks Legion, the Okotoks Lions Club and the Kinsmen Club of Okotoks, all proceeds go to the service clubs.
