Mary Carter passed away at High River Hospital on July 20, 2024 at the age of 71.
She will be lovingly remembered by Peter, her husband and best friend of 62 years,of Okotoks, Alberta, her sister Nell (Allan) of Devizes, U.K.; her nephews David (Helen). children Jon and Ben of Devizes, U.K.; Tony (Nicky), children Emma Rose and James of Sydney, Australia; Michael (Becky), children Jack and Jemima of London, U.K; and by numerous family and friends in Liverpool, England as well as in Europe, Australia and Canada particularly in Okotoks, and the Graham family in Canada.
There will be a private cremation. No service is planned at Mary’s request. If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation or Alberta Cancer Foundation.
