You may very well be correct but unfortunately Singh is a disappointment and defeating Poilievre is the priority. So, while I usually vote NDP, this time I will be voting strategically and voting Liberal.

Not sure it will make much difference to the Mall. I can't remember the last time I bought anything from the Bay. All I ever do is walk through the store from the parking lot to the rest of the Mall and there is rarely more than a few people in there.

I think talk of treason is over the top, but it is definitely election interference. Mind you, I hope she continues to go on these little trips to cuddle up to Trump and Shapiro, etc., because by linking herself and Poilievre to Trump, she is harming Poilievre.

In her Breitbart interview, Smith said of a PP lead government “I would say, on balance, the perspective that Pierre would bring, would be very much in sync with the new direction in America,". PP and DS thought that would be a winning strategy until it blew up in their faces. The new direction of America is now very clear, it is ugly and the polls show that many Canadians no longer want a Trump lite PM.

You are correct in saying that changing names, removing statues etc, contrary to what some opponents claim, doesn't change or rewrite history but that is not the intention here. We now recognize that Grandin does not deserve the honour of having civic infrastructure named after him and that is the main point of this initiative.

Nonsense. Descriptions of Grandin's achievements will still exist in archives, books documents etc..they are not being rewritten in any way. All that is happening is that Council has decided he does not merit the honour of having a neighborhood named after him.

Cassidy's talk of cancel culture is hyperbolic nonsense. All that is happening is removing an honour that Grandin does not merit. Grandin's place in history is not removed, it will still exist in many documents and books.

When we get our property tax notices and people start to complain about the increase they should keep in mind that Danielle Smith is responsible for some of that increase. The banning of these vote counting machines is completely unnecessary and expensive. There has never been a problem, except in the heads of losers, and the paper ballots are always available for recounts if needed.
