Facilities have not been able to keep up with demand, some of taxes from the hundreds of new builds over the past 10-20 years need to be put aside for new swimming pool etc ( we could do with 3 pools, 3 more ice rinks, much more indoor soccer and pickleball facilities etc.etc.
