Kids of all ages gathered in Diamond Valley for the town's 56th annual parade this weekend.

The Diamond Valley Discovery Day Parade went through the Black Diamond community on June 1.

The procession took a new route this year, travelling on residential streets as opposed to going along Government Road and Centre Avenue.

Following the parade, the fun moved to Turner Valley for the Diamond Valley Discovery Day Family Festival at Millennium Park.
