The Millarville Farmers' Market kicked off its 2024 season on Saturday, June 15 following the "Run To The Farmers' Market" Half Marathon and COBS Cinnamon Bun Run 8-Miler.

The market, now in its 42nd year, runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday until October 12.

This year's market features 185 vendors — as an Alberta Farmers' Market Association accredited market, over 80 per cent of vendors are local.

Admission is free, but a small donation is encouraged to help the Racetrack, which hosts programs such as 4H Clubs, High Country Pony Club, Sheep Creek Weavers and Millarville Mutts & Mustangs, with maintenance costs.

Learn more about the market, including a list of all vendors, on the Millarville Racing and Agriculture Society website.
