The Town of Okotoks’ Thursday Nights @ the Plaza series concludes this evening (Thursday, Aug. 24) with Family Night.
An environmental-themed show will include performances from Wagonstage Theatre and magician Christopher Cool.
The free, family-friendly show will run from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Old Towne Plaza, 50 McRae St.
Wagonstage Theatre will present The Little Forest, a "modern fairytale" that follows four ambitious, but very different siblings, including the youngest, whose greatest desire is to grow a little forest.
A professional magician born and raised in Winnipeg who now lives in Calgary, Cool caught the magic bug as a child and was soon cutting his sisters in half, sticking swords through them and making them float.
