The family of Robert (Bob) J. Slack sadly announce his passing on October 19, 2024. Bob was born in High River, AB and raised on a farm near there.
He moved to SW Calgary in 1972 and then drove semi-trailer trucks around the western provinces. In retirement, he loved time with neighbours, family and friends.
Bob will be lovingly remembered by sister Marian Rowland, four children, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by sister Jean Olson and beloved wife, Lavon. In lieu of flowers, donations to STARS Air Ambulance would be appreciated.
A celebration of Bob’s life will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 1:00 pm at Snodgrass Funeral Home in High River.
